Tell Me Something Good… Carmine’s!

Enjoyed an awesome meal at Carmine's yesterday but that's not all...

Amber left with her Dad on vacation for 10 days and I missed her to pieces. To celebrate her coming home, I took her and my Mom to Carmine's. Carmine's has their new location which is located north of Casey in East Amherst.

I was going to call ahead of time but figured I would test my luck. They open at 4p.m. and we showed up a little after that and they had people already seated and ready to go. I am Italian and I love my Chicken Parm. Amber had spaghetti with a ginormous meatball. My Mom had the stuffed eggplant parm. The portion sizes are insane! We definitely had to take home some food. I gotta be honest, I am looking forward to my left overs for lunch today!

They have specials all week long. Happy hour 4-6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Parm Wednesday's which should be called "The Melody Special." LOL.
