Dash Cam Captures Plane Crash On Highway! [VIDEO]

This is almost too incredible to believe, but watch this dash-cam video from Taiwan of a plane clipping the side of a highway.

There were 58 people on board, and at least 13 were killed.

It was a TransAsia flight from China to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan.
