Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Lewiston [VIDEO]
Police are investigating a deadly crash in Lewiston that claimed one life Tuesday afternoon.
New York State Police and local emergency personnel responded to the intersection of Dickersonville Road and Route 104, where investigators say that a red van turned in front of a motorcycle and the two vehicles collided.
EMTs administered CPR to the female motorcyclist, 26-year-old Elizabeth J. L. Mingle, for about 15 minutes but very sadly lost her life. The two people in the van suffered minor injuries.
Authorities closed off the intersection for several hours while investigators cleaned up and attempted to recreate the crash.
