If you're looking for an indoor activity for this cold January weekend, you can head up to the Aquarium of Niagara, located at 701 Whirlpool St. Niagara Falls, New York is running a promotion that runs this Saturday, January 15th through Monday, January 17th where you can get $7.16 off each full-price ticket.  The discounted tickets will be available for advance purchase at the Aquariums website by CLICKING HERE, or you can purchase them at the door.  The Aquarium does suggest the online advance purchase option to avoid any wait when you arrive.
So, if you are looking to take the whole family out, the 7-1-6 promo they are offering this weekend will bring the price of a children's ticket (ages 3-12) down to $7.79 each.  Children 2 and under remain free, and this promotion cannot be combined with any other offers.
The Aquarium of Niagara has been a mainstay in our area for over 50 years, as it first opened its doors on June 12, 1965.  Through the decades they have continued to expand and add attractions.  In the 1960s, the Aquarium acquired its first dolphin.  In the 1970s their Humboldt penguin colony was established, and in the '80s a brand new outdoor pool was installed where their seals continue to be housed today.
