The second massive snowstorm in less than a week is impacting Western New York and the snow is already flying.

A Lake Effect Snow Warning was issued on Tuesday for parts of Western New York and that will last until Thursday evening at 7 pm. The lake effect snow has already started and is causing some rough travel conditions in parts of Western New York.

I live in Hamburg and turned around halfway into work this morning because of the winter conditions in Lackawanna. It was like driving in a blizzard. The snow is falling and the winds are whipping around causing near white-out conditions.

Another 1-3 feet of snow is possible across Western New York over the next 24 hours due to the lake effect snow band.
