Woman Charged With DWI After Leaving An A.A. Meeting
A 24-year-old woman is facing DWI charges after she allegedly left an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting drunk.
A phone tip sent Orchard Park Police on the hunt for Josephine Pierce, and she was immediately arrested for having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle. Pierce also reportedly refused to submit to tests and refused to cooperate with authorities during processing.
Josephine Pierce was charged with driving while intoxicated and open container, as well as fourth degree criminal mischief. Pierce will return to court at a later date.
