Someone in New York is waking up to a lot more money in their life this morning.

The New York State Lottery announced that two "Big Money" winning lottery tickets were sold in New York from last night's Powerball drawing.

Both of the tickets matched 4 out of 5 numbers and had the Powerball number. One of those tickets also had the Powerplay which was 4x for last night's drawing.

One ticket won $50,000 while the other ticket with the Powerplay won $200,000.

The New York State Lottery didn't announce where the tickets were sold, so if you bought a Powerball ticket, double-check the numbers.

Wednesday's winning Powerball numbers were: 1-5-32-50-64 with a Powerball number of 8.

The owners of the tickets now have one year to cash them in to collect their winnings.

There was no grand prize winner from last night's Powerball, which means the jackpot for Saturday's drawing is now up to $164 million dollars.

It was just last week that the New York State Lottery announced another big lottery winner.
