Have you ever started correcting your child or talking to your spouse, and thought to yourself, Oh My God, I sound just like my Mom (or Dad)? C'Mon admit it, it has happened right?

A new study found the age when you officially turn into your parents.  For the average woman, it's at 33 . . . for the average man, it's at 34.

Oh it gets better...For women it usually starts with the birth of a child, when you stop rebelling against your Mom and instead begin to mimick her.

Signs of women becoming more like their mothers include watching the same TV shows, taking up the same hobbies and using the same sayings.

Guys, your not innocent here...you start becoming your "old man" in your mid 30s. For guys, the signs include gaining weight . . . turning off lights in empty rooms . . . and dressing more conservatively .

Dr Julian De Silva surveyed 2,000 men and women. "We all turn into our parents at some point in our lives - and that is something to be celebrated," he said. "Becoming parents is the main trigger and lifestyle factors are also important."
