The sun and clear skies have not been seen in this area for quite a while lately

If you feel like it's been awhile since we've seen the sun here in Buffalo, you're right. It's actually a little shocking how little we've seen it.

It is opening day for the Hoelscher's Sunflower Field, which has six acres of sunflowers and sweet corn in the middle, with paths made -- waiting for you to walk through and enjoy.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell you that science-related videos rarely get that much attention (see what I did there?).  But this video is THAT cool. I could see this playing in the background at a cool party or on a big-screen at an uber-hip bar/restaurant...
