The Insane Inflatable 5K is returning to Buffalo for another round of off-the-walls fun on July 15th! We are ready to lead the charge once again in this crazy-fun run filled with giant, inflatable obstacles that present a challenge while keeping the focus on fun...

If there's one thing Buffalo knows, it's food.  Next up, though, has to be 5K races and charity walks (which are usually followed by big parties including tons of food, so all bases covered there...).  Here is a PARTIAL list of some of this summer's biggest fun runs, 5k's, and charity walks in the area...

I was gonna do this with a GoPro but I need to take selfies so...running with the phone!  So fun, perfect weather, great crowd, and what a course!  Bounce on Buffalo!

OK...so the trampoline doesn't inflate, per say, but ya GOTTA agree the dog goes a little insane on it, right?
