I just filled up the tank this morning and paid $3.95 per gallon, but they say that gas prices are dropping. Sure the prices will drop, then they creep up on ya, drop again, then....go way the heck up again.

New York State gas prices are 30 cents a gallon higher than the national average, so Gov. Andrew Cuomo has set up a gas price complaint hotline.

The chances of gas prices falling below the $3 mark anytime in the near future might seem unlikely, but analysts say that it could come close. Fuel costs, already dropping, are expected to continue to do so for the rest of the year.

Finding gas at under $4 a gallon isn't has hard as it was a couple weeks ago.  In fact, this summers gas prices should stay under $4.  So go ahead and take that road trip.
