Hi! I’m Michelle Heart. If you ask my parents, they probably saw me picking radio as a career coming 1000 miles away. After all, my mom still tells people I was born talking and she called me “Mouth” for most of my childhood. From a very young age, I was always fascinated by much influence a certain song or certain artist had on people’s lives. That’s why I’ve believed that every song belongs on someone’s personal soundtrack. That’s the best part of this job, playing the songs that make you smile, make you cry or make you think!

When I’m not on the air, chances are you’ll probably find me running some obnoxiously long distance. I’ve completed close to 20 half-marathons, six full marathons and I’m not stopping anytime soon. My husband and I are rabid football fans, so it’s not unusual to catch us watching the game and enjoying a craft beer on the weekend. Other than that, I’m the girl next door who loves cooking in the Instant Pot or making some sort of arts and crafts project I found on Pinterest. Let’s connect and swap recipes or ideas sometime!
