Not Good News for Theodore’s Red Hots Who Did Not Pay Their Taxes

Tax day was this past Monday and it wasn't good news for Theodore's Red Hot's company. All three of their locations have been seized  by the New York State Office of Taxation and Finance.

The company, which was started by former employees of Buffalo's famous Ted's Hot Dogs, owed $123,333.20 in back taxes for the period starting February 28, 2015 and ending November 30, 2015, per WGRZ.

All three locations, Cheektowaga, Grand Island and Williamsville have been seized.
