One of the most iconic boat rides in Western New York is back open for business.


The Maid of the Mist has been offering boat rides to the brink of Niagara Falls since 1885 and this year is their 139th consecutive year of being in Business making it one of the longest continuously run tourist attractions in North America.

The Maid of the Mist offers boat rides every 30 minutes Monday through Friday from 10 am and 5 pm and between 9 am and 6 pm on the weekends.

The Maid of the Mist will also be offering extended hours on Monday for the Total Eclipse. They will be offering rides between 9 am and 6 pm.

All rides on the Maid of the Mist are first come, first serve and there are no reservations allowed.

It will cost you $28.25 for an Adult ticket, $17.75 for kids aged 6-12, and children under 5 ride for free with a paid adult ticket.
