It's the day before Ash Wednesday, so eat up on sweet baked goods, such as a Paczki.

You might guess, from above that a paczki is a traditional Polish sweet.  It's like a doughnut.  The treat is deep-fried pieces of dough flattened into a sphere then completed with a yummy filling.  Oh, and yes, they are covered in glaze or powered sugar.
