Impossible To Open Cereal Packaging

Today's rant....modern day packaging! I'm talking about the indestructible packaging they put cereal, cookie mix, brownie mix, seasoning packets and just about anything else you can think of in. It's impossible to get open with your bare hands!

I now have a pair of industrial scissors in my kitchen to deal with the problem. But even then it's not quite good enough. So I've now added a pair of pliers and vice grips to help out.

And don't forget the packaging for bags of pretzels and potato chips. Some kind of new space age tissue paper that rips and spills all of it's contents as you try to open it.

Remember when it was aluminum foil and it opened smoothly. Those were the days! What's in your kitchen that's impossible to open?
