Gerber Baby Food Announces 2019 Spokesbaby, Kairi Yang

Okay, this baby is adorable.  Just click here to meet Kairi Yang the 2019 Gerber Spokesbaby.

Kairi is from Hickory, North Caroline.  From a  pool of 500,000 babies, Kairi's cuteness gives her parent bragging rights and $50,000 prize!

“As soon as we saw her photo, we fell in love with Kairi’s expressive eyes and angelic face, looking toward the future and being excited  for all that it holds...We believe that every baby is a Gerber baby, and this year, are thrilled to recognize Kairi."

So, an odd little tidbit.  There is an urban legend that one of the first Gerber babies was actually actor Humphrey Bogart.  Well, not quite true.   Bogie's mom, Maud Bogart was an artist and drew from experience, but for a less famous Mellin's baby food.
