Forecast For This Week Includes Some Bright Spots

We all know that Winter in Buffalo and the Niagara Frontier has its ups and downs. This Winter has been especially taxing, but our partners at News 4 have given us some reason for optimism, at least for this week.

The 4Warn Forecast shows some Springlike days ahead.  A welcome change from the Advisories and Warnings that we have become all too accustomed to.

After temperatures in the low to mid 30's today and tomorrow, which is still an improvement over last week's temperatures in the teens, we see some moderation for late week...temperatures from WIVB's 7 Day Forecast.

Monday - 34, Tuesday - 34, Wednesday - 48, Thursday - 58 and Friday - 51

Colder more seasonable temperatures do return next weekend...but each day above freezing is a day closer to Spring.

Those of us who are optimists (myself included) hope that things usually improve once we hit St. Patrick's Day.
