Week 2 of the NFL season kicks off on Thursday night, as the Los Angeles Chargers play at the Kansas City Chiefs on Amazon Prime.

The Buffalo Bills, for a second consecutive week, will not play on Sunday. Instead, the Bills will battle the Tennessee Titans on Monday Night Football at 7:15 pm.

The Bills ended practice on Thursday with a few players on the official injury report.

We know about defensive tackles Ed Oliver and Tim Settle. Both did not practice on Thursday for the second straight day; Oliver with an ankle injury and Settle with a calf injury.

However, another important defensive player appeared on the injury report and it comes at a position the Bills rather not lose another player.

Cornerback Dane Jackson sat out of practice on Thursday with a knee injury, according to the Bills PR.

The Bills are already without number one corner, Tre'Davious White and will be without through at least the first four weeks of the season, but that will likely be the first five or six weeks, as he needs to practice before playing.

No Dane Jackson on Monday evening would mean the Bills are forced to start rookies Kaiir Elam and Christian Benford against the Titans, whose wide receiving group includes former Bills WR Robert Woods, rookie Treylon Burks and fellow rookie Kyle Phillips.

Phillips did sit out of Titans practice on Thursday as well, however.

The Bills should still beat Tennessee, but not having three key defensive players like Jackson, Oliver and Settle would not be ideal; especially against the likes of Derrick Henry at running back and Robert Woods at wide receiver.

All three players will likely need to get back on the practice field by Saturday in order to have a chance to play on Monday.
