The Buffalo Bills Open as Huge Favorites Over the Tennessee Titans
Week 1 in the NFL's 2022 season is almost complete. We only have one game remaining, which will be played on Monday night, as the Denver Broncos visit the Seattle Seahawks.
The NFL slate of games were very entertaining on Sunday and for Buffalo Bills fans, the same can be said for how Thursday night's win turned out over the Los Angeles Rams.
The Bills dominated 31-10 and honestly, the score should have been more lopsided than it was.
The Bills next play the Tennessee Titans in the home opener at Highmark Stadium. The game will be the first of a double header on Monday Night Football and start at 7:15 pm in Orchard Park.
The Titans lost a heartbreaker yesterday to the New York Giants, 21-20.
The Giants scored a late touchdown and went for a two-point conversion, which they got from a Daniel Jones pass to Saquon Barkley. It gave former Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll his first win as Giants head coach.
The Bills are already huge favorites according to Vegas, opening up at 9.5-point favorites over the Titans next Monday night.
The over/under is set at 50 points.
This shows how much respect the Bills have gotten nationally and after Thursday's performance, it's not even a surprise.
The Bills players would tell you they should have won their Monday night game last year against the Titans in Nashville. If it was not for a Josh Allen slip on 4th down, they would have.
I think the Bills will have that game in the back of their mind next Monday and considering they have a better defense than last year's number one ranked unit, and it's the home opener, the Bills will be looking for another dominant performance against a Titans team who traded away Julio Jones on offense and lost edge rusher Harold Landry to injury on defense.
