Buffalo Bills Super Bowl Champs? ESPN Thinks So
It is safe to say this season the expectations are high for the Buffalo Bills heading into the upcoming NFL Season.
The Bills will kick-off their season this Sunday at home at Highmark Stadium against the Pittsburgh Steelers and if the Bills fall short of a Super Bowl appearance, it could be a disappointing season.
The Bills are coming off a season where they won the AFC East championship for the first time in over 20 years and made a return to the AFC Championship game which they came up short, losing to the Kansas City Chiefs.
This year, the nation will be watching the Buffalo Bills and they are expecting the Bills to repeat their run last year and make it to the AFC Championship game at worst and walk away with the Lombardi Trophy for the first time in franchise history at best.
Most of Bills Mafia think the Bills will be Super Bowl Champions and it looks like the national media has caught up as well. ESPN ran over 20,000 simulations of the upcoming season and has given the Bills, the 3rd best odds of winning the Super Bowl.
In one of their simulations, simulation #13,330, the Bills were Super Bowl Champs and Josh Allen was named the league's MVP. I think I speak for all of Bill Mafia when I say this is the simulation we all hope this simulation comes true.
According to this ESPN Simulation, The Bills win the AFC East and get an opening week bye in the playoffs. They have home-field advantage for the whole playoffs and go on to beat both Jacksonville and Cleveland on the way to the Superbowl.
In the big game, the Bills behind a Josh Allen TD to Stefon Diggs and a couple of Devin Singletary, the Bills beat the Aaron Rogers' lead Green Bay Packers. In the game, Tre White seals the win with a late 4th quarter interception of Rogers as the Bills win the game 27-17.
So do you think this is the year the Bills' win it all?
