A woman from south Buffalo went into labor early Tuesday. She had only one obstacle to overcome — the trip to the hospital.

It's not unusual (cue Tom Jones) for Buffalo weather to make national news....but what IS unusual is that CRAZY "Wall of Snow" and how it crept into the area...and then stayed there. Did you see this on NBC Nightly News?    

The snowstorm pelting Western New York has reached a new height. The National Guard is now coming to help.

Wow.  South Buffalo..Lancaster..Elma...the southtowns.  We got clobbered with the white stuff!  Here are some pics from a few listeners from our Facebook page.  We'll keep you posted with more.

Lake effect snow pummeled the Buffalo area last night, leaving over three feet of snow in some areas and forcing the closure of over 100 miles of the state Thruway.

We won't have anything close to that this weekend.
