Allergies

Summer is supposed to be a carefree time of sun and fun. But thanks to the insanely high pollen and all kinds of nature wackiness, we've been brought to our knees by out-of-control allergies.

FYI, that's supposed to be Rip Van Winkle. ;) The most bizarre thing happened to me this weekend.  Instead of my usual go-to of "OMG, check WebMD!!!!" I want to know if this has ever happened to you! (Medical professionals especially are encouraged to talk me off this ledge.)

Finishing at the top of a list of the worst cities for allergies is nothing to sneeze at. Or is it?

Would you send your kid to school in this "Don't feed me" t-shirt? It's kind of comical, but it's actually a good idea.

Seems like since we came back from the Thanksgiving, a ton of people in the office are sneezing, have runny nose and are just plain sick.  Maybe it was being arouond people that were infected, maybe it's allergies.

The surprising answer, according to a new study, is yes

Feed a fever, starve a cold.  Or is it the other way around?  No matter, there are ways to feed your allergies that may help prevent itchy eyes and runny noses!
