When you're in a rut, having an attitude will not help matters.

You should admit your feelings to someone you can vent to so they can help get you back on track with your life.

One of my fans posted on my Facebook wall recently: Attitude is like a flat can't go anywhere until you change it.

How's your outlook on life today? Are you feeling a little deflated? Do you need some pressure in the tire? If you need an attitude adjustment, I recommend calling someone you love. Admit to the feelings you're having so they can lift you up with their words. Sometimes a good friend can help you see things thru a different lens, as in Heather's story above.

And lean on me too. Let me be your spare - friend, that is. I would love to speak some encouragement into your life tonight so make sure you tune into my show and allow me to do just that.
