For Bills Mafia, it will be hard to watch the Super Bowl this year. This could have been the year the Bills won it all, but once again they were knocked out of the playoffs by the Kansas City Chiefs.

If you plan on watching the Super Bowl, here is a great reason to root for the 49ers to win it all. A Western New York native is on the San Fransico coaching staff.

Jordan Hogan was one of the 49ers' six 2023 Bill Walsh NFL Diversity Coaching Fellows during training camp before being hired full-time by the team in September. He spent the season working as an offensive assistant and worked with the wide receivers.

Hogan grew up in Newfane and played wide receiver at SUNY Brockport.

On the other side of the ball will be South Park's own Jody Fortson. Fortson has been with the Chiefs since he signed as an undrafted free agent in 2019. He didn't play this season due to an injury and will not play in the Super Bowl but remains on the team.

The good news is that no matter who wins, another Super Bowl ring is coming to Western New York.
