Young Boy Seriously Injured After Running Into South Buffalo Street

A nine-year-old boy was seriously injured after being struck by an SUV in South Buffalo.

First responders rushed to the scene at Southside Parkway and Mesmer Avenue where the boy was hit after darting into the street.

The boy was rushed to Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo, where is listed in critical condition.

Buffalo police are investigating the incident, and no charges have been filed at this time.
