World’s Ugliest Dog 2014 Winner

You know what an INSANE animal-lover I am, and when it comes to dogs, each one is perfection (in my eyes!).

Nonetheless there's an annual contest in California to honor the "World's Ugliest Dog", and little Peanut was this year's champ.

Peanut lost his lips and eyelids in a fire, so hie eyes are always wide open and it always looks like he's smiling.

And I, for one, find him charming! :) He must've had quite a tough little life, but his smiling eyes won a $1500 grand prize for his owners!
