The Cattaraugus Sheriff’s Office say they responded to the home of 29-year-old Melinda Dreaver three times during the night of April 13th. There were several noise complaints made regarding the home.

Police warned the woman multiple times about the health risk she was taking and the health risk her guests were taking. Dreaver refused to comply each time, according to police.

After an investigation the next day, Dreaver was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal nuisance and obstruction of governmental administration.

She was issued a ticket for a later court date.
