Channel 2 has the story;

173 confirmed cases of coronavirus in NYS, that's up from 31 cases from Monday..   Again none reported/confirmed in Western New York

As part of the response, the governor announced New York State is now producing their own hand sanitizer.

"The majority of the patients are around the City of New Rochelle, which is located in Westchester County."

Lastly, speaking in Geneva today, the World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghegreyesus

 said the spread of COVID-19 had reached the level of a pandemic, noting there are now more than 118,000 cases in 114 countries and 4,291 deaths.
