According to WIVB, a lovable dog named Cooper, who has been in a shelter his entire life (eight years), has finally found a forever home.

Cooper was placed in an "Enrichment Program" at the Cattaraugus County SPCA, in an effort to make him more adoptable.

The SPCA partnered with Ross Cellino family-funded Cellino Homeless Animal Program to help with marketing and sponsor cages become a reality. Cooper's cage was sponsored by Paul Brown Chevrolet.

Then, animal rescue group Diamonds in the Ruff shared Cooper story on Facebook and...the day finally came where Cooper found a home.
