Phase 3 includes dine-in at restaurants and bars; as well as the reopening of nail salons, tattoo parlors, and massage therapists.

Capacity must be 50 percent or less inside restaurants and bars, however, and all employees must wear masks. Customers must wear masks until they are seated.

All tables must be six feet apart and social distancing maintained at bar areas.

Also, the governor also modified the guidelines for social gatherings for regions who are in Phase 3. Gatherings of 25 people or less are now allowed.

Previously, the maximum gathering was 10 people.

The numbers continue to improve across the state, which has lead to an increase in gathering size.
