Who Would You Like To Star In A “Dirty Dancing” Remake? [Video]

Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey will be a tough act to follow.  There's word a remake of the movie "Dirty Dancing" may be in the works!

CNN  reports the entertainment studio Lionsgate" is planning to redo the 1980's classic.  The studio already has original choreographer Kenny Ortega on board for the film.  Ortega will have the job of casting stars to play the leads of Johnny Castle and "Baby" Houseman.

A statement from Lionsgate says the movie will feature classic songs from the 1960's, hits from the original film and some new compositions.

No word yet on when it will hit theatres.

So who would you like to see star in a "Dirty Dancing" remake?  Please, no Disney stars!  I'm thinking Katy Perry and Matt Damon!
