The problem is that you don't really have time off, especially if you are a Mom. But, that doesn't necessarily restrict you to a person with kids. For example, you may be a dog or cat mom, which can be just as stressful and time-consuming.

Now when it comes to relaxing, in most instances, the easier the method, the better, because let's face it, if the exercise takes time out of your day, it may add to the stress.

According to the experts, some methods take little time, such as breathing exercises, writing down your thoughts, making a list of the things you are thankful for. Then, find your happy place and soak in the sights, smells, and sounds.

You'll be surprised at how you will find the ability to think clearer and make better decisions.
