We are turning back time this weekend... Here is how you can stay on track when it comes to your precious sleep...

Keeping your sleep is imperative for your health. When we change the clocks back and forth, we can easily slip and it does affect our sleep. Here is how you can stay on track:

1. Avoid naps at all costs! They will only interrupt your sleep patterns and sometimes you end up more groggy than you were before.

2. You might wake up Sunday more refreshed that you got an extra hour of sleep. The trick is to get to sleep Sunday at your set sleep time. If you go to bed at 10 p.m. normally, you need to go to sleep at 9 p.m. to keep up with the consistency.

3. Don't use tech in the bedroom. The blue lights can keep you up without you even realizing it. Cut off all electronics at least an hour before bedtime.
