Water Main Break In Depew Affects Morning Commute

The frigid temperatures have caused lots of water issues this winter, from freezing pipes in your home to affecting the roadways with several water main breaks.

A water main break in the Village of Depew has the intersection of Transit Road and Broadway shut down this morning...

*Broadway is closed in both directions between Transit Road and Como Park Blvd.

*Transit Road Southbound is closed from Walden Ave. to Como Park Blvd.

*Transit Road Northbound is closed with Como Park Blvd. to Broadway.

The repairs are expected to take several hours, but will hopefully have the intersection open for the drive home.
