Vegan Neighbor Is Suing Fellow Neighbor For Barbecuing

I'm sure you've seen some pretty outlandish lawsuits, especially with the advent of social media, but this one is pretty unbelievable.

A vegan woman in Australia is suing her meat-eating neighbor for barbecuing in his backyard; complaining of the smell of meat and fish is blowing into her yard.

Cilla Carden, who filed the lawsuit, says her neighbor is doing it on purpose.

She took her case to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, citing her neighbors’ barbecuing, smoking, and children playing basketball, according to WIVB.

The case was thrown out earlier in the year (which isn't surprising), but she appealed and that was rejected. Carden says she will keep fighting though...

The most amazing part about this story however, is the fact that thousands of people are planning a cookout, outside Carden's home called,  “Community BBQ for Cilla Carden.”

They even made a Facebook event page for it...
