1.  Clear some space.

2.  Open a window.  It will put you in the right mindset.

3.  Wear good shoes.  Don't assume you can work out in slippers just because you're at home.

4.  You don't have to do it all at once.  A few mini-workouts can be just as good as one big one.

5.  Go easy on yourself.  Make sure you warm-up and cool down . . . don't forget to stretch . . .
