Coming to Ellicottville will be a brand new 'tiny home village' right in the heart of ski country. The construction has already started and the project is expected to be completely done sometime in the Fall of 2022. The project belongs to a Buffalo lawyer, Robert Carbone, who saw a similar concept in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

How big are the tiny homes in Ellicottville? How much will the tiny homes cost? Can you rent the tiny homes in Ellicottville?

The units range from 180 to 400 square feet, but average 250. They include a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom/shower and washer and dryer.

The units will be rented in multiple-day packages; rates have not been determined, Carbone said.

“We are not a hotel and we are not renting on a one-night only basis", according to Buffalo Business First.

The tiny home village will be located by HoliMont Ski Resort.

Now is the time of the year that ski resorts around Western New York started selling their season passes at major discounts.

If you are a Kissing Bridge skier or boarder, you should jump on the early bird special that is coming up in a couple of days. Kissing Bridge posted on Instagram that on August 1, 2022, they will be selling their early bird pass special.

The earlier you buy, the cheaper your season pass is. For example at Kissing Bridge: If you purchase an adult season pass before August 31, it will be $599. If you buy your season pass in the month of September, it will cost you $675 and if you buy your pass after October 1 it will cost you $775.

If you are more of a Holiday Valley person, here are the prices you can purchase your season passes after September 15.
