Tina Fey Announces ‘Mean Girls’ Musical Will Launch In Buffalo

Tina Fey announced the national tour of the "Mean Girls" musical will kick off its national tour at Shea's Performing Arts Center in late 2019, according to The Buffalo News.

The News reports, "Tina Fey, who wrote the book for the musical, made the announcement in mid-May to a crowd gathered at the Broadway League's annual Spring Road Conference in New York City."

According to Shea's, performance dates and on-sale information is not out yet, but the Tony Award-nominated play is expected to be part of the 2019 season.
