This New Coffee Spot in Buffalo Is Awesome + Fun

This is the best new coffee spot in Buffalo and Western New York. Especially if you like waffles and good drinks. The Wonder Coffeehouse is a fun, new place in Western New York that is as great an experience as it is the food. You may have already seen it before as you walk into Riverworks on Ganson Street.

Actually, it's not that new. It opened up in 2019, but then of course COVID hit, so you may not have even heard about it yet. It is this new, hip coffee place that serves up these unbelievable waffle dishes.

Now, do not go and expect some of the usuals, though. Fair warning. No bagels, no muffins. This is strictly a waffle joint. Pizza waffles? They have them in December. Nutella waffles? They got 'em. And they're unbelievable. They are open every day from 7 am until 3 pm. Take a look at some of the pictures below.
