The story of Bane the dog who was adopted then returned last week touched a lot of hearts and now comes the story of Reese.

According to the Niagara County SPCA, Reese was adopted at their shelter as a puppy, but just two short years later he was returned. He just celebrated his third birthday.

The SPCA is asking for shares and donations to help get Reese adopted just in time for Christmas. It's heartbreaking but Reese cries in his kennel often and loves to play and be looked after.

Believe it or not, as of yesterday, NOBODY called to meet him, which is remarkable given how friendly he is and not to mention how adorable.

You're asked to contact the Niagara County SPCA by calling 716-731-4368 ext. 301 if you're interested in adopting Reese.

We adopted a dog named Odessa in 2018 who was just under two years old and we didn't know who she was in a shelter because my fiancee and I are convinced she's the nicest dog in the world. Every dog needs a chance!
