We had a visit from Roy Bakos at Buffalo Distilling Company, who gave us a great Easter/Dyngus Day cocktail - the Mimoski.

It's a Polish take on a mimosa, using krupnik instead of champagne. Buffalo Distilling Co. was the first to produce krupnik locally, and we made these with their One Foot Cock Barrelled Krupnik.

Here's what you need:

1.5 oz krupnik
3 oz orange juice
Soda water

Mix the krupnik and orange juice (we used Sunny D because it's what I had in the house lol), and then top off with soda water. Enjoy!
