The Inbound Skyway (Route 5) Will Be Closed
I planned on taking the Skyway into work tomorrow morning, but, transportation officials said that the exit ramp from the inbound Skyway (Route 5) will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 21st, 2016, for bridge maintenance work.
The Buffalo News went on to say:
The ramp leading to the northbound Niagara Thruway (I-190) and to Pearl Street will be barricaded and the Skyway will be reduced to one lane in the vicinity of the ramp, a detour will be posted.
The Skyway travel routes should be back to normal Sunday or Monday.
