We've ALL been there.

You call customer service, and you're put on hold while someone accesses your account.

Then you're put on hold again while they consult the supervisor.

Then you're once again put on hold, told your call's being transferred, an no one ever picks up again.

So you call back.  And get put on hold.

We've all wanted to just SNAP....but most of us hold back on it, for the sake of the poor customer service rep.  This guy though....has had it.  And he lets it be KNOWN.

Caution:  Not the nicest language used here.  Just FYI, if listening at the office...may be NSFW...
