A Toronto developer has his sights set on a new development project at Buffalo's Central Terminal.

Harry Stinson says that he has a plan to restore and renovate the entire facility, using the tower for apartments, and the floor level for events.

Stinson says it will cost tens of millions of dollars, but his plan is economically viable, even without public loans, grants or incentives. He truly believes that his Terminal City plan will plan will turn around Buffalo's east side neighborhood.

The project will need to be approved by the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation, who has owned and kept the structure standing for the past 18 years.
