Last night at dinner, Delilah told us she hasn't had a TV in her home for almost 20 years.  After we all picked our jaws up off the floor, she then popped another one on us: She also hasn't allowed video games in her home for the past five years.

It's pertinent to note she also has TWELVE CHILDREN.  I'm guessing NO parent can imagine a home without electronic toys like that.  She apparently draws a line in the sand at phones, or at least for herself...because she had her iPhone close to her side all night.  Not sure if the kids have their own or not.  (If so, they must be schooled in all things Candy Crush....I digress.)

Interestingly enough, I received an email from my mom with these photos....and even though I fully admit being a slave to all things media, these are pretty sad.

This is "cheering on your team"....

Again, I'm as guilty as the next guy....but at least I put my phone away at a restaurant.

Sometimes ya gotta realize, unless you're the president, you're really just not that important.  The text can wait.

Einstein was right....for about the billionth time.
