The Buffalo Bills all of a sudden have question marks at one position that fans thought they would not have any question marks, along with the fact that they throw the ball more than any other team -- wide receiver.

Jamison Crowder broke his ankle against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday and there's no timetable on a potential return. Isaiah McKenzie is in concussion protocol and head coach Sean McDermott said that McKenzie will practice on Wednesday on a limited basis.

Jake Kumerow has a high ankle sprain and is likely to not play this Sunday. Crowder will miss time and McKenzie might not play on Sunday.

The Bills only have three healthy wide receivers on the active roster (Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis, Khalil Shakir), and Davis has been hampered by a ankle sprain for the last two-plus weeks.

On Wednesday, two reports say that the Bills lost another wide receiver, this time due to a mutual parting ways.

Sal Capaccio of WGR first reported and later reported by Mike Garafolo of The NFL Network that the Bills and veteran wide receiver Tavon Austin have decided to part ways.

The reason is Austin was unhappy with playing time and wants another opportunity elsewhere.

Garafolo reports the Bills have signed wide receiver Jaquarii Roberson to take Austin's spot on the practice squad. Roberson played college football at Wake Forest and spent time this summer and fall with the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent.

Roberson spending a few weeks with the Steelers practice squad is interesting and he was good at Wake Forest, but as of now, if anyone is getting elevated from the practice squad it's Isaiah Hodgins and then Tanner Gentry.
