The turnout was positive as hundreds of law enforcement and their supporters showed up at the Niagara Falls High School to cheer on the seven graduates of the Niagara County Law Enforcement Academy.
They may not have the traditional graduation ceremony involving accepting their diploma with an on-stage handshake but Niagara Falls High School Seniors picked up their caps and gowns yesterday.
Niagara Falls High School is helping students learn what it is like to be out in the workforce. Working in a cafe or bakeshop like, Tim Hortons, Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks can often be the first job for a 16 or 17-year-old.
