People you meet and see everyday will be part of the thousands of festival lovers that will be on Buffalo's Waterfront Saturday the 5th from 1 to 7pm. The Elk Terminal Lofts expansion is in full swing and should be completed by August 2016. First Amherst Development Group LLC is in the process of converting the remaining warehouse portion of the two-building Elk Terminal Lofts complex into 25 more apartments.

If you're like me and like to walk or bike down by Canalside, now there is an uninterrupted path along the water’s edge. It goes from the Central Wharf, behind the old DL&W Terminal and onto the Outer Harbor. You can also now travel down South Park Avenue by the Old First Ward.
