The shooter could face the death penalty

Buffalo is actually in the top 10 counties with the most hate crimes in the state.

Charleston Police Chief Greg Mullen at a news conference said, “I do believe this is a hate crime.” Apparently a white male, approximately 21 years-old with a small build and sandy blonde hair simply walked into an historic African American church in Charleston, South Carolina, and began shooting last night, Wednesday, June 17th, 2015.
